About pricing
- Why is there no price on this page?
- Because a university weekend and a national programme are not the same job, and quoting them the same way helps neither. Tell us the number of events, the expected participants and whether you want it hosted, and you get a figure back — not a range.
- What does 'per event' versus 'annual' change?
- Per event suits a one-off: you pay for the weekend and keep the archive. Annual suits a calendar: the workspace stays open, past events remain browsable, and analytics run across the whole programme.
- Can we start small and move up?
- Yes, and nothing is re-entered. The workspace is the same; the plan changes what it allows. Events already run stay exactly where they are.
- What happens to our data if we stop?
- You export it. Participants, teams, submissions and scores all come out as CSV, and on Enterprise the database was yours the whole time.
- Do participants or judges pay anything?
- No. Pricing is per organisation. Participants, judges, mentors and volunteers are unlimited on every plan.
- Is there a discount for universities or non-profits?
- Yes. Say so when you get in touch and it will be reflected in the quote.
